Maintenance Supervisor job responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and schedule all mechanical, new construction, repair, and maintenance of all processing equipment.
  • Supervise, schedule, and provide direction to maintenance department personnel at Columbia Crest with occasional supervision, as needed, at satellite locations.
  • Formulate and monitor work orders and establish priorities and assignment of appropriate personnel to complete projected workflow while maintaining production standards for quantity and quality.
  • Responsible for ensuring safety on all mechanical assignments in accordance with safety guidelines and quality control standards

Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma. Degree and/or graduation from a technical school preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a winery, food processing facility or other similar environments.
  • Experience with a CMMS, JDE preferred.
  • Must have ability to work extended hours during harvest and peak periods to include periodic shift work
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude requiring knowledge or experience in: industrial refrigeration, juice process equipment repair, electrical trouble shooting, waste-water, potable water, refrigeration, steam boilers, building materials and maintenance, as well as welding and mechanical repairs of pumps, filters, temperature control systems and HVAC; lathe and mill work for in house repairs of essential equipment
  • Demonstrated supervisor experience required.


Your Compensation:

$60,950- $79,200 yr. based upon relevant experience.
