We are currently looking for Concert Security Representatives to work with our team for the summer concert series at the Chateau! This role will provide direct support for our concerts and will primarily be out on the concert field in the middle of all the music and action.
*Seasonal roles are from June through September. Concert support will be working all concerts and will be provided with the concert/work schedule in advance for the season.

$16.64 - $22.36/hr. based upon relevant experience.

What you will do:
- Be friendly, courteous and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a polite and professional manner.
- Crowd control
- Incident Reporting
- Guest assistance in both entering and exiting the amphitheater
- Policy enforcement
- Partnering with Live Nation to assure a safe environment for all attendees
- Administering first aid
- Ushering/ticket taker/bag checks
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Safety and security experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and able to multi-task
- First aid/CPR/AED training is strongly preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability for the concert season schedule
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk for extended periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
