Summary
The Sales Performance Analyst will be responsible for delivering on requirements for state and/or region reporting projects, which supports critical business operations between Sales Operations, IT, Supplier Excellence & Growth, and Commercial Sales. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-departmental teams, training associates on business intelligence platforms, and staying updated on reporting best practices. This role ensures the smooth flow of information and insights, enabling informed decision-making and contributing significantly to the success of the organization's sales operations.
In this role, you will
- Train associates on business intelligence and Sales Operations platforms. Develop and update training materials to ensure continuous improvement and proficiency.
- Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to detect trends and insights. Create and manage sales performance dashboards and reports. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify factors affecting sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-department teams to deliver necessary reports for states. Ensure timely delivery of reports aligned with business objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives to improve organizational reporting. Provide data-driven insights to help develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management. Communicate complex data findings clearly and act as a liaison between sales and analytics teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting and insights to support critical business operations. Commit to continuous improvement and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
- Maintain and manage data integrity across various platforms. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data for all reporting and analysis needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance sales processes and increase efficiency, supporting overall business goals.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Data Science preferred.
- Three or more years of related experience, with at least five years in analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling techniques, and quantitative analysis.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Alteryx, Anaplan, RUM, Salesforce Goals, Salesforce, SQL, and ERPs.
- Minimal travel required.
