Location: Modesto, CA
Join our dynamic team at Gallo's Commercial and Industrial Engineering department as a Project Engineer facilitating strategic changes in our operations through capital investments. We're looking for an engineer passionate about executing projects from conception to completion. Your role will be critical in building new assets, enhancing production lines, and driving improvements in throughput, quality, safety, and operational costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As a liaison across departments and with external partners, your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate activities will ensure specifications are met and projects achieve their intended business outcomes. This may include mentoring and supervising interns, overseeing vendors, and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
This role may be required to travel at least 25% of the time, domestically, for project meetings at site or vendor offices, construction oversight, start-up management, clear communication with site, project continuity and effective project leadership. It also may be required to travel up to 5% of the time, internationally.

What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 6 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience; OR Bachelor of Science Degree plus 8 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master's Degree in Engineering plus 4 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience; OR Master's Degree in a STEM major or project management plus an undergraduate degree in Engineering, plus 5 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master's Degree in a STEM major or project management plus an undergraduate degree in a STEM major or Project Management, plus 7 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years of Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, Commercial or Industrial Architecture, Commercial or Industrial Construction Management experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Compensation :
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $ 107,800 - $161,800 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
