Overview
This key role will be reporting to the Production Control Manager and will be responsible for process and project implementations across all departments. The individual need to work with different department heads, depending on the scope of the project, to measure the effectiveness of the implemented process or technology. This role will also work closely with the system operator supervisor as it pertains to the follow up for downtime or other related issues.

Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement- Combines business and technical knowledge to identify and tackle bottlenecks; Introduces new software or technology as they become available
- Results Oriented - Has the ability to resolve systemic issues and follow up with key personnel, both in the organization and external vendors
- Project Management- Ability to assist in project execution across departments as it pertains to an automation center
- People Leadership - Has effective leadership skills and builds professional relationships within all levels in all departments
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Must have 1-3 years of warehouse and distribution experience
- 1+ years of project management experience required
- Must have functional system understanding in WMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have strong Communication skills - verbal, presentation, writing
- Preferred: Supply Chain, Distribution and warehousing experience
