The Security Officer role will be monitoring the truck arrivals at our St. Paul campus

Job Description:

• Ensure safety and maintain order in the truck lot
• Limit cars and trucks into the lot
• Communicate with receiving and shipping personnel by radio
• Keep unauthorized people out of the lot
• Stage trucks delivering to JBLC and cars (will call orders) on the street and in the lot until space is available at a dock for them.
• Report all suspicious activity to the Security Sergeant or the Security Lead
• Reports to the Security Sergeant

You will Need to Have: (Skills AND Requirements)

• Must be able to pass an FBI Background check and drug test
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in law enforcement
• Have experience in the Security or Law Enforcement field instead of a degree
• Security or Law Enforcement experience, experience working at a gate position and working with Truck drivers (Preferred)
