The salary range for this role, based in New York is $112,320.00 to $140,400.00 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The position of Finance Manager, Finance Transformation will support the simplification and efficiency in financial reporting and management processes of the organization. The individual will work with cross-functional teams and partner with multiple stakeholders to develop and design finance systems, data, and processes that are aligned to Pernod Ricard's strategic objectives. The position requires a well-organized leader with strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Project management, Business Integration, and Change Management

  • Support the PRNA local implementation of the Group's strategic initiatives and ensure connectivity to other systems
  • Help define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project and map out interdependencies across other projects and functions
  • Build feedback loops throughout planning process to continually improve and look to establish a sustainable integrated business model
  • Review and identify opportunities of simplification and automation in the current financial processes and systems
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the future state financial operating model
  • Special Projects and ad-hoc requests

  • - Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • Act as a key partner for PRNA HQ and other Group affiliates
  • Lead through influencing and navigate multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on key decisions and move projects forward
  • When needed, manage external parties/consultants involved on projects
  • Create a community environment within Finance and with key Finance partners (IT, Sales, etc.)

  • Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action

  • Education & Experience Requirements

    - Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • MBA or CPA preferred

  • - Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in finance, consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO roles
  • Excellent organizational skills - structured approach and capable of managing competing numerous work streams simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels and adaptive to different audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success.
  • Embrace cross-functional ways of working and strive to embed in Pernod Ricard, championing our culture of entrepreneurship and conviviality
  • Demonstrated ability to work through adversity, with examples of management influence.
  • Ability to drive collaboration to move projects forward in a complex, matrix organizational structure.
  • MS Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Teams, Outlook; PowerBI or Tableau a plus
