The salary range for this role, based in New York is $216,640.00 to $275,000.00 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities:
Total Rewards
Direct the strategic planning, design and implementation of all NA compensation, benefit and wellness programs to ensure that Pernod Ricard NA pays for performance and that contribute to the employee experience by making the company an attractive and rewarding place to work. Lead for global programs. Provide expert guidance, support, tools and resources to leaders and HR team on all compensation and benefits matters. Ensure that Pernod Ricard NA compensation & benefits policies are relevant and drive performance.
People Solutions
Oversees centralized HR operations and payroll functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with regulations. Enhance the employee experience by ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, providing responsive HR services, and guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll. Lead process improvements, manage HR information systems, and enhance the employee experience.
Leadership & People Management
Contribute to shaping and implementing the People strategy; lead and/or contribute to companywide People or business initiatives. Work closely with other P&E leaders and People Business Partners to identify new opportunities to add value to the business. Promote teamwork and cooperation within the HR/CS department.
Lead, coach, empower and direct team to perform and achieve results in line with Company strategy and department goals. Give and solicit timely and constructive feedback. Disseminate relevant information to team members to keep them informed and aligned.
Workplace: Responsible for creating and maintaining a productive and engaging work environment, for both in-person and remote employees. This involved in oversight of office facilities, implementing workplace policies and procedures, and overseeing employee security, safety, and well-being practices. Oversee programs and workplace related initiatives to drive the desired workplace experience to enable all of PRNA's desired culture and employee experience.
Retirement/Investment Committee (Canada/US)
Serve as Member or Chairperson to the Retirement/Investment Committee
Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Compensation Management: Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, and incentive plans.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with payroll laws, and integration with HR systems.
HR Shared Services: Lead HR operations including HRIS, HR administration, and employee service center to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Market Research: Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
Compliance: Ensure all reward programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the total rewards and shared services budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of HR professionals responsible for compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. CCP and/or CBP preferred. Experience / Background:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HR Operations. Minimum 5 years at a functional HR management level. Experience designing, implementing, and managing benefits as well as executive, base salary, expatriate, and broad-based incentive compensation in a large, multinational organization. Consumer products experience strongly preferred. Must have a proven track record in cost management, leading and implementing project plans, people management and vendor selection.

Ability to lead people and resources in order to establish trust and a reputation for discretion and sound judgment and advice Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership Skill in critical and creative thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Strong analytical and reasoning skills Skill in strategic planning, written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skills Strong executive and general management acumen and experience Strong knowledge of and curiosity for business models and corporate strategy Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs (executive, sales, and all other employees) Good knowledge and understanding of Compensation policies and practices in the US and Canada Good knowledge and understanding of pension and benefit legislation and compliance in the US and Canada
