Overview

We're seeking a talented Copywriter to create clear, engaging, and on-brand content for our corporate website. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the design manager, designer, and stakeholders to craft user-centered copy that aligns with business goals and resonates with our audience. You'll play a key role in shaping website messaging, optimizing content for SEO, and maintaining consistency in tone, style, and voice. Primary Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for the corporate website, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the design manager and designer to create cohesive, user-centered content that complements the visual design.
  • Develop and refine all website messaging.
  • Optimize copy for SEO best practices to improve search visibility and site performance.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and voice across all website content.
  • Edit, proofread, and update website copy.
  • Partner with stakeholders, such as Corporate Communications and Marketing, to ensure messaging aligns with broader company initiatives.
  • Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve site structure, user experience, and audience engagement.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Portfolio showcasing copywriting work demonstrating strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for web and digital experiences, with a focus on user-centered content principles.
  • Experience working collaboratively with designers and developers to deliver cohesive content.
  • Proven ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging to align with brand guidelines and audience needs.
  • Functional knowledge of:

    o Design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)

    o Collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Confluence, Jira)

    o Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AEM authoring or similar content management systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize copy for search engines.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking principles and user-centered methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, error-free content.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve user experience through content.
  • A passion for storytelling and an eye for enhancing content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine.
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
