The Manufacturing Digital Adoption Leader will drive the successful implementation of change initiatives for digital systems across a global footprint within the manufacturing environment. This role focuses on managing the human aspects of system adoption, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. The position will be headquartered in Clermont, KY and responsible for driving engagement and adoption efforts globally for Suntory Global Spirits.

Role Responsibilities

• System Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute system adoption strategies to support manufacturing digital transformation initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, IT, and quality assurance, to gain support and alignment for change initiatives.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage change projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Training and Support: Design and implement internal system branding strategies and training programs to prepare employees for changes in processes, systems, and technologies.
• Communication: Develop and maintain clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the planning, design, development, and implementation stages.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital program initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing value-added best practices and process enhancements with the project team.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on change adoption.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and change management principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Working Conditions:
• This position may require occasional travel to various manufacturing sites.
