The Environmental Health, Safety, Services Sr Manager will proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement and lead/supervise the internal team responsible for all aspects of environmental health, safety and security. While ensuring the facilities operate in compliance with all federal, state and municipal regulations and that all required reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Environmental Health, Safety, Services Sr Manager job responsibilities include:
- Assure all required Environmental Regulatory Training (annual environmental refresher training, SPCC and RMP training, assist with HAZWOPPER training) is executed
- Assure validity and effectiveness of all environmental and safety programs for all company facilities, including permits, annual reports, inspections, audits and education
- Assure all environmental and safety compliance inspections and investigations are timely conducted.
- Promote and support environmental and safety compliance awareness for supervisors and employees
- Represent the Company in all interactions between regulatory agencies and senior management.
- Assure the effectiveness of company sustainability programs.
- Consult on projects pertaining to environmental management/compliance
- Provide management with periodic program updates pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance; manage liability and risk
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years Environmental Health and Safety management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science/Geology/Chemistry/Biology or related field; Master of Science preferred
- Certified Safety Professional ( CSP )preferred .
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our production facilities. You will be required to follow all GMP and Safety requirements.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
