Cellar Associate III job responsibilities include:
  • Assist Operators in setting up equipment and monitoring wine fermentation, pumping product to tanks and barrels, chemicals addition and sanitations.
  • Responsible for the various duties relating to the completion of work orders, safety checks, wine processes, reporting off standards, was down and clean up, performing specified equipment maintenance and sanitizing work area.
  • Notify lead of any inventory shortages and assist in month -end inventory.
  • Operate Forklift, Shovel Pumice, maintain positive relationship encouraging strong communication and teamwork.
  • Perform light mechanical duties, work in cold environment. Work on concrete floors for long period of time. Work with hazard chemicals.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • 3-5 years experience in wine processing or related industry
  • Must be organized and detail orientated able to balance multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Must be a self-motivated and a team player.
  • Must be comfortable working at various heights and in tight spaces.
  • Experience with forklift and scissor lift
  • We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our production facilities. You will be required to follow all GMP and Safety requirements.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to work extended hours during harvest time.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$19.50 - $23.67 based on relevant experience
