Overview
As a Principal IT Analyst Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of critical IT processes supporting Financial functions including Financial planning, reporting, strategy, shared services, payroll, accounting and auditing. You will gather and interpret data, define, monitor, and coordinate processes and process documentation, and drive standardization all while building excellent business relationships with your Business partners. Your expertise will help resolve transaction, data, and process discrepancies, identify and monitor KPIs, and determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data and processes.

Specialized Skills and Technologies
- 5+ years expert work experience in use of SAP FICO, FSCM modules or equivalent
- 5+ years expert work experience in demonstrating and expert proficiency with BI (Business Intelligence) tools
- 5+ years expert work experience demonstrating experience presenting solutions to senior management and translating requirements from different departments while leveraging data
- Experience with database systems at an enterprise level
- Expert level of Financial Acumen
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
- Interpret gathered data and submit comprehensive reports to relevant department heads and management.
- Strong knowledge around Financial Technologies including SAP FICO/FSCM, Kronos, payroll systems, etc.
- Identify patterns and trends in analyzed data to support business goals and needs.
- Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
- Formulate procedural process flows and business requirements documents for functional leaders and project teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in new and existing technology solution delivery.
- Track and reconcile data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Develop tools to support various functions and enhance overall team delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Produce and analyze data reports with insightful commentary.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs to measure performance and success.
- Expectations to be a mentor to others.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Support and communicate across different business functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the department and organization.
- Assist in redesigning ETP processes to achieve better results and automate functions.
- Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.
- Support the education and training of end users to increase proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions.
- Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard process concepts and methodology within the ETP organization.
- Support communications, meetings, and collaborations to effectively resolve risks, obstacles, issues, and conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience leading medium to complex systems development projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify key interdependencies.
- Proven ability to influence and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information and collaborate with diverse teams.

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
