Position Summary
 
Constellation Brands is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join the Digital Insights & Analytics team under the Growth department. This role reports into the Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics who leads Foundational Analytics across Beer and Wine & Spirits divisions.
 
Our foundational analytics are primarily grounded in a marketing mix model approach and automated process through platforms like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau. The Senior Analyst role will manage data analytics processes and dashboards, derive insights from statistical data, conduct training sessions, and provide recommendations on test & learn initiatives and model improvements.
 
We are looking for a team player who work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders & partners at various levels across functions, to ultimately influence media strategies, budget allocation and measurement approaches.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Data & Tool Management
     * Ensure that the finalized model inputs are accurate and correctly set up to drive the desired outcomes.
     * Collaborate to implement requested feature changes and model developments to enhance our Marketing Mix toolkit.
     * Demonstrate the ability to promptly address and resolve issues to keep the process moving forward.
 
Analysis & Insight Generation
     * Distill intricate data sets into simple key takeaways and present these findings to stakeholders in a manner that is easy to understand.
     * Support reporting and analytics initiatives with internal partners by ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
     * Perform simulation modeling to inform budget allocation and volume forecasts across the portfolio.
 
Model Inputs and Cross Collaboration
     * Collaborate with multi-functional project teams of data engineers, data scientists, marketing technologists throughout project lifecycle.
     * Identify gaps in data and work internally or externally to acquire, clean, and validate new data sources necessary to answer questions raised by stakeholders
     * Create new data QA and automation solutions for a complex set of input variables
 
Qualifications
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis. They should be proficient in using Tableau & Snowflake and have experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful business context.
     * Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
     * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a marketing environment. Prior experience in managing marketing mix models and syndicated data. Experience with syndicated data sources and models with IRI or Nielsen is desirable. CPG/AlcBev industry experience a plus.
     * Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau. Strong knowledge of data manipulation using Excel or SQL. Prior experience with statistical modeling and simulation tools or familiarity working with R, Python a plus.
     * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
     * Communication and training skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. Experience in facilitating training sessions to educate organization on usage and interpretation.

The salary range for this role is:
$79,800.00 - $167,700.00
 
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
