Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Data Integration, Syndication & Services the role requires an experienced Integration Framework responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration frameworks and solutions that facilitate seamless data flow and interoperability between various systems and applications within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, programming, Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Logic Apps).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale Application Development projects / programs
  • Drive technical validity of solution
  • Coordinate issues resolution activities with varied stakeholders
  • Drive the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
  • Review entire problem logs, identify recurring problems, and complete steps for long-term resolution
  • Provide coaching and development to more junior Application Developers
  • Coordinate the work of 3rd party development teams
  • Participate in Agile teams
  • Drive Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

Experience
  • 5+ Years of Experience with a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Framework development and building integration Layers to solve complex business use cases.

Technical Skills
  • Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages - Python, Scala, Spark or Java
  • Experience in working with petabyte scale data sets and developing integration layer solutions in Databricks, Snowflake or similar large platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing, transformation tools like Delta Lake Tables, DBT, Fivetran or Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in machine learning and familiarity with open-source machine learning ecosystems.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools and frameworks such as Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and message queuing technologies.
  • Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
