- Understand the strategic direction for the assigned territory across relevant channels and segments with emphasis on Macallan and Breakthrough Brands’ activation to support brand development.
- Assist in communicating the Strategic Direction and Edrington priorities to Distributor Sales Teams at the local level. Instill belief and create buy-in throughout distributor teams.
- Work effectively with Division Marketing team and Operations to deliver against the Strategic Imperatives of the organization, delivering exceptional in market results.
- Understand how to optimize allocation of Edrington and Distributor resources (including LMF if applicable) against portfolio brand standards within the assigned territory.
- Drive leading global luxury and super premium brands to deliver yearly depletion and profit growth while simultaneously engaging in long term brand building activities.
- Accelerate the growth of a Edrington brands with emphasis on top 3 focus brands in local market.
- Cultivate new opportunities for a strong core business and optimize E-commerce programs and distribution.
- Capture and report all trade and consumer interactions and activations in Go Spot Check.
- Assist in building Edrington’s reputation as a recognized leader in the adult beverage industry by key stakeholders through clear communication, consistent engagement, and professional conduct.
