A DTC Wine Club Ops Specialist job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The Wine Club Ops Specialist will support wine club operations in Washington, primarily focusing on digital and print communication. They will coordinate with Club Manager, Guest Services Managers, Brand team and creative partners to manage and improve newsletter and email timelines and process.

This is a full time, hourly role located at our Woodinville, WA property.

DTC Wine Club Ops Specialist job responsibilities include:
  • Maintain digital and print communication calendar as well as the club release calendar. As part of managing the release calendar, participate in the collaborative effort of fulfillment planning for multiple clubs.
  • Manage club collateral pieces and be responsible for maintaining inventory levels including reorders and distribution of club guest passes and membership cards, and other print materials as needed
  • Support Guest Services Managers and Club Manager with club event planning and website copy management to include club page copy updates, club event and experience website copy, club blog pages and web function suggestions
  • Create and edit marketing communications including email newsletters, direct mail pieces, and event emails that adapt voice and tone to a range of personas and markets, tell a compelling story.
  • Develop copy that is engaging and valuable for club members. Design emails for various projects within Campaign Monitor as needed
  • Own content development for add-on and customization emails, including tailoring copy to highlight each offer using Microsoft Forms

Position Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
  • MAST Class 12 and Food Handlers Permit required
  • Strong competency with MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong understanding of conversational writing, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to manage project timelines for multiple projects and brands
  • Strong balance of creative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand on feet for majority of the shift.

Your Compensation:

$22.71 - $29.51 per hour based upon relevant experience.
