T he s alary range for this role, based in Michigan is $ 122,080 to $ 152,600. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Area Manager for MI/OH Chain Customers is a pivotal role within the Chains team. This person collaborates with the Director of Regional Selling East to develop and execute customer-specific programs and set growth targets. They will lead the planning and execution of Pernod Ricard USA's Off-Premise strategy for key national and regional accounts like Meijer, Giant Eagle, Total Wine & More, and Wal-Mart.

  • What you'll do:

  • Manages customer relationships while delivering against chain selling strategies & tactics.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify category selling opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of forecasting, promotional programming, and S&OP processes
  • Manage pricing & promotional budgets to support programming and Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
  • Own the annual planning process for the assigned account base, to include Chain Summit, PEP Meetings and meeting facilitation.
  • Create metrics to evaluate pre-program, during and post-program volume/share gains for PRUSA.
  • Coordinate state and distributor communication as it relates to programming, performance, post-program analysis, etc.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years with proven success selling into Chain Accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and success in distributor and customer management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to command an audience.
  • Proficiency in applying analytics to provide business-building solutions for the customer.
  • Ability to travel : Up to 25%
