Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing, coaching, developing, and motivating Sales Representative teams, implementing sales plans, achieving company and/or supplier goals, monitoring, developing, and maintaining account relationships as well as performing various administrative duties. \n\n Job Duties & Responsibilities: \n\nMake sound judgments daily, seeing underlying concepts and patterns in complex situations. \nCreate and communicate vision throughout Division. \nInspire commitment throughout the Division to accomplish desired results. \nLead change throughout Division and inspire a climate of experimentation. \nCultivate an environment for high achievement and personal development for team members. \nDevelop and empower team members. \nEstablish division-wide accountability standards. \nLeverage differences to create a diversified team. \nConstruct yearly business plans to include detailed product forecasting and budget management. \nManage profitability of portfolio to meet plan goals. \nEnsure the team is on plan through continual monitoring. \nWork with key suppliers to ensure mutually set goals are being met. \nConstruct programs that are driving results while maintaining profit goals. \nCreate team synergy around critical suppliers/programs to ensure success. \nUnderstand all Johnson Brothers systems that are related to pricing/profitability: Schedules, Net Files, BDF's, and Supplier bill backs. \nFoster a good working relationship with all key suppliers. \nWork closely with key suppliers to drive agreed-upon programs and goals. \nManage portfolio priorities to ensure key suppliers have the correct exposure/focus. \nWork with suppliers and supplier reps to create a winning atmosphere within Division. \nLeverage management relationship in top accounts to drive JB success in market \n \n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\nSkills & Abilities \nDemonstrated leadership skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels. \nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. \nPresentation building and presenting skills \nYears of Experience \n2-year minimum at a Sales Representative role or higher. \nSignificant supplier management experience \nEducation \nBS degree or equivalent work experience.
