The Contract Manager performs general paralegal and contract management functions. Manages the process of obtaining contracts with suppliers of alcoholic beverage products from inception through execution. The role will report to and work under the supervision of the Vice President and Associate Counsel, Contracts.

Overview
The Contract Manager performs general paralegal and contract management functions. Manages the process of obtaining contracts with suppliers of alcoholic beverage products from inception through execution. The role will report to and work under the supervision of the Vice President and Associate Counsel, Contracts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain form database for contracts; transmit form contracts to new vendors and help to manage existing vendors; track proposed changes to form contracts; manage approval process and execution; maintain the electronic database and hardcopy files of vendor contracts and related documents and correspondence.
- Provide technology support as it relates to the maintenance of a contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, signing agent, and other related systems.
- Process contracts for signature through the legal department's electronic signature procedure.
- Manage contracts and other legal matters using the legal department's matter and contract management database.
- Manage the contract's team public and Sharepoint site.
- Maintain and help design cross-functional workflows to contract and vendor approvals.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Experience as a paralegal with in-house legal department managing contracts and high-volume process workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams outside of the legal department.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships.
- Knowledge of other MS Office Suite, CLM software, signing agents, and software applications related to job functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills.
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
